The board meets on a regular basis to enact the wnning of the Charity. The Trustees are the Incumbent of St Edward's Church (while in post) together with the two Churchwardens of said Church. The Churchwdrdens are elected at th8 ChU￿h APCM each year and they can serve for a maximum of six years. Two trustees, who a￿ members of St. Edward's PCC, were cwpted to support the churchwarden trustees during the period of vacancy. I new trustees are given, in the view of the ￿ard, SLrficient training and have enough knowledge of their specffic field to understand the nature of the charity and fully comply with the charity's current views of ts progression. THE WYKEHAM CENTRE AND CHURCH HOUSE Register￿$ charity. number 291485 Summary of the maln achlov•m•nts during the year During 2024 the Chartty hosted regular Junior Church and Toddler group meetings on behalf of St Edward's Church. A regular youth group was also hosted until Summer 2024 (it is hoped that when St Edwards Church apwints a new incumbent that this will be revived). The Wykeham Hall was used for a few charity events as w811 as being hired out for private use. As part of St Edvrards Church's mtssion to the local communty, the Wykeham Hall was used by The Collier Row & Rornford Foodbank (part of the Trussell Trust network), to host one session a week at no charge. During the year. the Wykeham Hall was also used for Sunday seNces by three separate Church8s. Church House was hired out for use by organisations, including a regular Ukrainian Communty Café and for othar community events. Flnancial R•vi•w FlnanGial position Excluding the Foodbank funds the charity had overall net incoming resources of £39,876 before the transfer to St Edwards PCC, (2023 - £58,356, 0Xd￿Iln9 Foodbank resources).
