TO WORK TOWARDS THE ELIMINATION OF THE TREATMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY LESS FAVOURABLE THAN OTHER MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY ON GROUNDS OF COLOUR, RACE, NATIONALITY OR ETHNIC OR NATIONAL ORIGINS8 AND TO PROMOTE EQUALITY OR OPPORTUNITY AND GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERNET RACIAL GROUPS.
