which are governed by a trusl deed dated 16th November, 1984.
The trustees oversee and ouihorise all expenditure of ihe chariiy as well a$ ihe main fund raising evenis.

The sch] is run by the s¢hool commiiiee. its chairnlan and Ihe headmaster.
Th¢ ladies association is run by ils own appoinied commillee and chairwoman.
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
1.he objectives of the charity are io promote the Greek Orthodox faith and ihe Greek orthodox charilable
insiilutions, in panicular lo support, expand and develop a Greek Orthodox sch1.
The chariiy's puq)ose is to and mainlain the ¢hvrch property which is used for the further8o¢e of
religious and chariiabl¢ communily funciions. Such premises are also used by the School lo provide
education for children professing thc Greek faiih. alihough noihing precludes ihe Trustees from providing
places for ¢hildren noi adhering lo IhAI faith.if Ihe Tn]51ees so decide.
