research projects, preferably ba8ed in Oxforthhire. and supporting local organi58llans in their Work relating to the

The Trustees are aware ol thelr duty to aFgly Incornè lunds of the charlty w¢hlrs a reasonable time of their recelpt
and of the r*ed to justify any incorne res8rv8s. At 5 April 2025, the level of unrestrictetl funds was £2.104,15410S
comparod ￿th unrastrictèd fLtnds of £2.157.872 al 5 April 20241. The Trustees, p￿1¢Y is to maintsin SLrficient
incorn8 r8serves to prodLJce investment income of approxirnalely £30.000 - £50,000 in ea¢h ￿ar. Ihe Trustees
o)nslder that the level of Income Is Ilkely to be n￿ded t9 ffl881 dlrect chadtable expendlture IptSmailly in Ihe fom) of
grants) and management and adrninislraton c(k5ts, a small amount avaaable lor conlingencies. In vSew of thg
Trust'5 Incorr￿ n88ds and the changeable investment ￿vIronman1 ovgr thg last 12 rnonths, the Trustees have
deuded to maintain the level of reserves forthe coming year.
The Trusl's Ineorne Is entirely frorn inve3tm8nl dNidend8 and was S￿nt on making grants and support costs. The
levd of unr8Strited funds has deueased ovei the year sinTr 5 April 2024 by £53,718. This Is largely due to a fall in
Ihe vaue of investments. Additionally, Trust88s gava out En 8Xtra £5.756 in grants during thls pèriod and support
Costs rose by £954 compafed to the previous yw.
