To Make Grants Of Money For The Purpose Of Enabling Sick Or Handicapped Person To Travel Outside Anywhere For Such Specialised Medical Treatment A The Trustees Shall In Their Discreation Think Necessary Or Desirable For The Welfare Of Such Sick Or Handicapped Persons.
