minimum 3. Trustees hold office for a ierni of 5 years and may be re-appoint¢d.
Governillg Document
The trust is govemed by a t)eed dated 26 July 1984. The Deed was am¢nd(xl on 13 Febnwy 2013 to incorporate current
best practice for the operdtion of ihe tnst.
Charit¥blÈ Objects
Th¢ Trust administers the funds held for charitable pwposes by Rotsry Intemational District 1080.

charities or for such charitable objects the TnLStees may in their absolute discretion decide having regard lo:
Any wishe5 expressed by a Rotary Club in District 1080 when donating fund5. or

General Fund.. This fund can be used for any purpw that meets the objects of the charity. £8 was held at the year
end.
Help for Ukraitte Fund: This is a restricted fund and raises money to donate to Rotary Clubs to fund humanitarian
help to the people of Ukraine in response to the Russian invasion of their county. During the year. £45.729 was
donated by Rotary Clubs attd individuals in the District Grants totalling £35.000 were paid io Roiary Clubs in Poland.
Moldova and Ukrai￿.
Voluntsry Support
The Charty relie5 on the voluntary services of its Trustees and Clet* and of the Rotsri8n5 in District 1080.
Reserves and reserves policy
There is no poli￿ to maintain a particular level of r¢serv¢s. Most of the funds kld are restricted or designated for
staging specific events. The General Fund may Ix used for any PUTP)se that meets the objects of thc Charity.

Basis of independellt examiller's report
My examination was caTTied out in accordane¢ with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission. An
examinalion includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presentrd with those records. It also includes considerntion of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and
seeking explanations from you &s Trustees concerning any such matters. Th¢ pro¢¢dures undertaken do not
pmvide all the evidence that would be required in an audiL and consequently no opinton is given as lo whether the
