TO SECURE TH PRESERVATION PROTECTION DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.

**Activities:** Educate & inform of Gosport's civic & social history, heritage & geographical character. To promote high standards of planning & architectural design; especially in conservation areas & listed buildings.To secure the preservation of historic buildings, gardens, open spaces & public places.To publish books & guides for residents, tourists, research scholars and municipal agents
