**Objects:** (A) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH PARTICULARLY IN GHANA AND OTHER DEVELOPING COUNTRIES AND IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING EMERGENCY MEDICAL RELIEF AND BY PROVIDING AMBULANCES FOR USE BY RURAL HOSPITALS AND CLINICS; (B) TO SUPPORT RESEARCH INTO PREVENTIVE AND CURATIVE MEDICINE IN TORPICAL DESEASE AND TO DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.

**Activities:** The Association raises its funds through Membership contributions, occasional Fundraising and contributions from our patron and individuals. It is based in England but currently operates only in Ghana because of lack of funds. Our aim is to extend our activities to England and the Republic of Ireland in the near future.
