**Objects:** TO ALLEVIATE POVERTY HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AND TO PROTECT THE HEALTH BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL OF CHILDREN OF POOR PERSONS LIVING WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF IPSWICH AND THE AREAS OF THE ADJACENT LOCAL AUTHORITY ADMINISTRATIVE DISTRICT COUNCILS NAMELY BABERGH DISTRICT COUNCIL, MID SUFFOLK DISTRICT COUNCIL AND SUFFOLK COASTAL DISTRICT COUNCIL AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING BY THE PROVISION OF HOLIDAYS FOR SUCH CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF SIX TO FIFTEEN YEARS.

**Activities:** We help improve the self-esteem of deprived children in Ipswich and South Suffolk, and the cohesion of their families, by providing grants for cheap holidays, school trips and activities.
