Independent examiner's report to the Trustees of Colchè8ter County High School for Girls
Private Fund I'the charity.)
I report to th& charity Trustees on my Èxamination of the accoun18 of the charity for the year ended 31 August
2021.
Responsibilitigs and basis of report
As the Trustees of the charity you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordan with the
requirements of the Charities Ad 20111'lhe 2011 Acl'l.
I report in respect of my examination of the charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act
and in carrying Dul my examination I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 1451Sllbl of the 2011 Act.
Indapendent examinerfs statement
Your allenlion is drawn lo the fact that the Gharily has prepared the accounts in accordance with Accounting
and Reporting by Charities.. Stalemenl of Recommended Practice applicable lo charities preparing their
accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland
{FRS 1021 in preferenee to the Accountin9 and Reporting by Charities." Slalement of Recotnfflended Practice
issued on 1 April 2005 which is referred lo in the extant regulations bul has been withdrawn.
l understand that this has been done in order for the accounts lo provide a trLJÈ and fair view in accordance with
the Generally Accepted Accounting Praelice effective for reporting periods beginning on or after 1 January
2015.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matters have come lo my attention in connection with the
examination giving me cause lo believe that in any material respect..
