## Activities

**Objects:** 2.1 The Charity’s objects are restricted specifically, only for the public benefit to:2.1.1 promote the relief of persons (without prejudice to age, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation or gender reassignment) who are suffering from:2.1.1.1 any chronic, life limiting or terminal illness; or 2.1.1.2 any disability or disease attributable to old age; or2.1.1.3 physical or mental illness, disability or disease of any other description(the Patients)in such ways as the Charity shall from time to time think fit.2.1.2 relieve the emotional and mental and spiritual needs of 2.1.2.1 Patients; 2.1.2.2 the families, close friends, carers, medical and other staff, providing or assisting in the care of the Patients; and2.1.2.3 other individuals who have suffered a bereavement and are in particular need of relief as the Charity shall from time to time think fit; by the provision of care, advice, support and counselling, including (but not limited to) bereavement counselling and associated services to any and/or all such persons.

**Activities:** St Elizabeth Hospice improves life for people living with a progressive or terminal illness. Our work is centred on an individual&#x27;s needs, which means specialist support, whenever and wherever it is needed, whether at home, in the community or at the hospice. Through medicine and therapy we ease pain; we give life purpose and make life liveable.
