**Objects:** TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE  THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME OR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED. THE CHARITY MAY PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF RESIDENTIAL CENTRES AND OTHER FACILITIES FOR PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE.THE AREA OF BENEFIT IS THAT COVERED BY THE CHICHESTER DISTRICT COUNCIL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, HOWEVER GROUPS FROM OTHER AREAS MAY USE THE TRUST'S  FACILITIES WHEN THEY ARE NOT BEING USED BY GROUPS FROM THE AREA OF BENEFIT.

**Activities:** Provision of self-catering residential centre, which is safe, affordable and attractive in the Brecon Beacons South Wales for organised groups of young people to enjoy the experience of living together and sharing new activities. Primarily for the benefit of young people from Chichester District Council area, the centre is also available to others when not occupied by the prime beneficiaries.
