The Charrty's Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Charity's
Trustees consider that an aud￿ is not required this year undw section 144 of the
Charities Act 2011 I'the Charities Act'l and that an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to..

to follow the procedures laid down In the general directions given by the Charity

Basis of Inde
My examination was carried out in accordance wth the general Directions given by
the Charity Cornmission. An examination includes è review of the awounting
records kept by the charity and a comparison of the aceounls presented with those
records 11 also include5 consideration of any unusual rtems or disclosures in the
a¢count5 and seeking explan8tions trom the tTUStees, concerning any such matteT5.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be r8quired in ars
audit and eons8quently no opion Is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true
and laiff view and the report is limited to those matt8rs sel out in the statem8nt below.
