**Objects:** TO ORGANISE OR PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE ORGANISATION AND PROVISION OF FACILITIES WHICH WILL ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE PUPILS AT SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES WITHIN THE ESSEX REGION WITH A PREFERENCE (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES) TO BE GIVEN BY THE TRUSTEES TO THE SIR GEORGE MONOUX SCHOOL WALTHAMSTOW TO PLAY CRICKET OR OTHER GAMES OR SPORTS AND THEREBY TO ASSIST IN ENSURING THAT DUE ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH PUPILS AS WELL AS TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND OCCUPATION OF THEIR MINDS.
