come to my attention (other than that disclosed below ') in connection with
the examinalion which gives me cause to believe that in, any material

Objectives and Aetivities
The advancement of the Christian faith by preaching and proclamation of the gospel. and
The printing of and distribution of Christian literdture. and
The relief of persons in need. and
The instruction of the principles of the Christian faith.
Achlevements and Performanee
The Truslees can confirn] the Trust actively continued to work to promo* the Christian faith in accordance
with the objects of the Trust.
The Upper Room Christian Fellowship trust this year continued the preachin8 of the gospel at home and
abroad, including the relief of the poor for items needed and distribution of clothes and blankets for Ukraine.
also providing funds to Tan&gnian and Indian schools.
FinAncial Review
For the year to 31" March 2024, funds were raised of £52,156 greatly increased on last year, allowing for
the necessary building repairs and leaving a net surplus of £635.
The trust reserves remain in a good financial position, being slightly improved on last year's reserves at
£24,006. Adequate reserves are held for the ongoing costs and maintenance of The Tabernacle building and
meeting future aims for the relief of the w)or.
Structure, Governance and Management
The Upper Room Christian Fellowship Trust was conststuted under a D￿jaration of Trust dated 14
November 1983.
Trustees are appointed from those in eldership.
