|Summary<br>ofthe main<br>achievements<br>ofthe charity<br>during the year||||||Despite a difficult year due to the continued<br>effects ofthe Covid-l9 pandemic,<br>the Friends ofWalker managed to harness the school community<br>spirit to raise<br>a total of 639,344 in 2020/2 I. The trustees<br>consider the total raised a huge|
|||||||achievement,<br>given traditionaNy<br>large fundraising,<br>events such as the Xmas fair|
|||||||and Summer Walkerbout<br>were postponed<br>adhering to government<br>and school|
|||||||guidelines.<br>In comparison<br>only E I0,338could be raised<br>in the year ended 2020|
|||||||as Covid- I9lockdown<br>restrictions<br>were imposed.|
|||||||During the year the charity made total donations<br>of649,342, with a large<br>portion ofthis being 93 Chromebook<br>Iaptops donated to the schooL Other|
