**Objects:** FOR A VILLAGE HALL AND RECREATION AREA FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF DOULTNG WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Providing a Village Hall facility for the people and residents of Doulting and surrounding areas to hire for public and private functions, and any other purposes the Management Committee agree is suitable.  We also support St. Aldhelm&#x27;s Primary School with whom we share the site.  Our profits are ploughed back into the building or to provide extra facilities for our customers.
