The Statement of Flnancial Actthe5 shows an expected increase wlth a surplus of £21,773 compared with
surplus of £24,221 in 2024.
The Colle8e conttnue5 to see the benellts of the new structure of payments for ordinand students. Fees are now
based on a fixed sum rather than a per-head amount. This means that. even with lower studènt numbets, income
remains consistent while expenditure decreases due to reduced per-head costs suth as ￿lden￿al events.

treated a smaller Board of Trustee5 and a Counc51 of Reference consisting of repre5entatlve5 of designated
stakeholders and rnemtse￿ nominated for particular skills and experience. The four corÈ diocese5 eath appolnted
two people to the Councll of Reference, wlth other participatin8 dioceses appointing one. Each core di0￿Se also
appointed a Member of the Company. Ihe Mernbe￿ being responsible for the Èlection of Trustees. In each case,
the Member may. but nèed not, also ser%e on the Coundl of Reference. The Board of 5tudles contlnues as
commlttee ofthe Board of Trustee5.
