**Objects:** FOR THE PURPOSE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF MICHELMERSH AND TIMSBURY IN THE COUNTY OF HAMPSHIRE.

**Activities:** The charity maintains the Hall for the benefit of local organisations and individuals for a variety of activities including Preschool, Camera Club, Horticultural Society. Choir, Scouts, Beavers, Lunch Club, Art Group and Pilates classes.  The Hall is available for private parties.  The Committee runs regular fund-raising events e.g. travelling theatre group.
