Locke Oliphant Martineau Eversley Charity is a registered charity providing accommodation for those in the Eversley and Bramshill community that need financial support. The mission of the charity is to let its properties to families or individuals in need of financial support for a maximum of 3 years to enable them to stabilise their finances and find suitable long term housing solutions.
The charity is managed by a small group of trustees, all registered with the charity commission, and they are responsible for managing the properties in a manner compliant with the requirements of grade 2 listed building and the tenancy agreements with the tenants.
When funds allow it makes occasional charitable donations to the local community.
