LOCKE OLIPHANT MARTINEAU EVERSLEY CHARITY

CHARITY REGSITRATION NO. 287825

TRUSTEES ANNUAL RETURN FOR YEAR 6[TH] APIRL 2021 – 5[TH] APRIL 2022

The Charity continued to maintain and let out it 4 Grade II Listed cottages in Eversley from which it derives its income. During the year there were no change of tenants in any of the cottages.

No major maintenance work was required to be carried out at the cottages during the year, but routine general running repair work has been attended to.

The charitable work of the Charity has again been focused on the local pre-school nursery, Little Acorns and Charles Kingsley C of E Primary school, and Eversley Village Hall.

The Charity has sought to widen local knowledge of the existence of the charity in order to provide a broader range of financial assistance to local inhabitants, clubs, and institutions.
