**Objects:** For the public benefit, to advance and promote understanding and learning related to Classical Indian and Tibetan culture and art amongst the public and academia, both domestically and internationally; including, without limitation, by:A. Developing, collecting, conserving and providing worldwide access to documentary materials related to these cultural and artistic traditions; andB. Supporting education and development in the communities in which the Indo-Tibetan cultural and artistic heritage is maintained.

**Activities:** The  principal  activity  of  the  Foundation  is  education  and  social  development,  especially  in  relation  to  the conservation and revitalisation of classical Indian and Tibetan  knowledge and arts traditions  through  multimedia documentation,  the  archiving  of  documentary  resources,  and  the  continued  development  of  regional  and international access to these resources.
