Trust Deed, th¢ Charities Aci 2011 and Accounting and Reporting by Charities:

The IA)seley Christian TTUSt is constituted under a trust deed dated 29 July 1983 and is
a registered charity no. 287715.
The cllarity has been funded by financxal and propety donations from th¢ Mor
Molyneux famity.

The objects are widely drawn to include maknng grants to charitsble ￿80¢lationS,
ttwts, societies and coryorations, but with specific reference to..

Charities Act 2011 and have referred to the EuidAnce contained in the Chariry
CommissioD'8 general guid8nce on public benefit whell revi￿ll￿g the Cbarity's aims
and objectives and in pla[￿lti8 lutUTe activities and setting the donations policy for the
year. As tsustees we believe we air providin8 public benefit to others which may
otherwis¢ hAve not been in a position tr• afford to do so without such help. We
eDdeavour to make sur¢ wcr¢ Ihis is indirectly done through a third party, as trustees
we are diligent in reviewing those third parties. previous activities to ensure they will

The r&8erves of the Charity principally ¢ompri8e the properties and investmcnts which
provide the income from whtch the charity IS able to make donations and supp)rt its
charitable activiiies. It is the poli¢y of the trustxs to distribut¢ the income annually
subject to retainitvd sufficient funds al the bal￿ to cover ongoing expcnditure. Nooe of
the fimd8 of the chaTity are rcstrict¢d fimds.

The tDJStees bave exemined th¢ major risks that the ch3Tity fares and confirni that th¢
Th￿￿S8ry steps have been takeD to review and reduce these risks on a regular basis.
Structsr4 Governance •nd Management
The trustees who have served during the year are set on page 2. The trustees are
appointed by the board of tsitstees. The ffiL6tees are seJe£ted on the basis of their
understanding of the issu¢8 facing th¢ Trust and an understanding of its widerlying
aims and objectiv¢s. The trustees meel qU8rterly to discuss the financial situalion and
property matteTS. requests for donations. St Ftan¢is Church, Loselcy Chapel and
Th07DRS Morr Room, The Loseley Christsan Cancer and Parkinson's Disease Help
Centre and People in lleed of support by Prayer 8nd other action
Achlevements wnd performance
During the year 57 charities wett supported with donations ranging from £50 to
£5,000 which ha8 allowFd each beneficiary io fjjrthcr 115 own charitable aims. The
trnslees considered each don8tioD to ensure It use would fit with The Loseley
Christian TTUSt's own charitsble aims. We believ¢ we have mel the intended aims of
the Ch3rity throughout the year and continue to comply with the Charily
Commissions suidance on public benefit.
Financial review
thjring the year the investments wer¢ managed by M&G Invutsnents who reporf
quarterly to the tnjslees on the perfonttan¢c of the portfolio. At 31 MaTch 2024 the
investm¢nts stood with an unrealis¢d loss of £23,326.
Tbe total iDcorne received amounted to £129,479. Of this £93,282 relat¢d to
inVestm￿t income, an increase of £6,1 $8 on the previous year.
Total eXpe￿IltUre for the year after donation8 was £160,571 an inLYeas¢ of £65,459
from the Previous year.
