The Friends of St Mary’s Church Bungay exists to ensure that adequate funds are raised to conserve the Church buildings, by holding various fundraising events and functions-this includes concerts, exhibitions and occasional religious events

Note: The agreement between The Friends of St Mary’s and the Churches Conservation Trust for the division of the dividends from the Bowerbank funds, was 60%/40% in favour of the Friends, and was for 10 years ending on 31[st] December 2018. It was agreed at the Friend’s committee meeting on
6[th] July 2020 to continue apportioning dividend income on the same basis, and make payment to the CCT.
