Treasurer summary
As I sit here and look at this report – I am in awe of you all. The energy and commitment you put into securing money for the school and enriching our children’s time at Hever is simply outstanding. I am the lucky one that gets to see the money come in and pay all of the bills for all of the wonderful stuff. A privileged position.
As with last year – there is a large sum of money that was raised by the PTA for the new climbing frame. There was a dream to install some more challenging playground entertainment for the children – which has been fundraised and installed in less than a year. And that was with going back to the drawing board as to what was going to be commissioned!! That is a further £27k that has gone direct to the school – so not showing in these numbers – but very much all down to the grants group.
We have some big ambitions for the coming academic year and beyond. Let’s keep up the momentum and continue to improve the children’s time at Hever.
