obligations in the previous two to three finonciol yeors..

Wlth another IO% Increase In the Natlonal L5vin8 Wage from April 2024, the trustees made the dlfficult
declslon to revlew the pre-school wa8e formula, wlth rn0￿ hourty rate5 bein8 set at a sli8htly lower
percentsge al)ove the Natlonal Livlng Wage than has been offered In recent years. The alm Is to return to
thè prevlous formula as soon as flnanclalty vlable.
Spendln9 on iesources hos been closely monitored across the year. and 5toff hove been fgntU5tic ot
sourcing low-cost or free resources for children's ploy and leorning. especialty findSng ￿sOUrceS In

to enhunce the provlslon for the children, on resources and Improvements.

robust polkle5 ond pro¢edures in plo¢e, ond to procure sufficlent res¢urces to mtet the devèlopment
needs of am our children. that we wlll struggle In the coming fintsnciol y￿r to contlnue to build back
our reserve to thè lèvel needèd. We wlll continue to monitor our budgets and spending. with the olm
