It was constituted by a trust doed dated 8 May 1952. the original trustees b8ing Messrs H E Seir, G G Parkinson and W G Trower. Sir James Rait Brown and the Venerable Archdeacon G F Townley, the last two mentioned havlng been nominated by the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Archbishop of York respectively,. the Archbishops continue to enjoy this power of nomination in the repL4c8ment of thos8 0rig.nal tnjstees and their su￿￿$s0r5. Investment policy The Tnjsfs Investments are managed on a discretionary basis by the Investment Managers listed on page 1.
