The charity’s<br>ministry is independent, interdenominational<br>and international and so benefits a wide<br>section of thepublic.|

The courses are also promoted via the<br>website and social media.<br>The charity has co-operated with other<br>Christian extension learning organisations and<br>Christian broadcasting organisations to further<br>its objects and to ensure that as many people<br>as possible benefit from its activities.<br>The trustees regularly review the charity<br>activities and make plans for the future, to<br>ensure that the SEAN courses maintain their<br>quality and availability, throughout the world,<br>in many languages and in a range of media<br>formats, as communications and digital<br>technology continues to provide more<br>opportunities to serve and benefit the public.|

Many of<br>these organisations, and their students, who<br>are often from very poor areas, benefit from<br>the use of our courses. We also worked, and<br>provided input via training and conference<br>opportunities, with other organisations<br>involved with Theological Education by<br>Extension (TEE).<br>We have gained further information about<br>those printing, distributing and using courses<br>and materials developed by our charity, which<br>will assist us in future revision and<br>development of courses. We have continued<br>our research and deepened our knowledge as<br>we progress the possibility of more providing<br>courses via digital platforms and mobile<br>devices, which will benefit a wider section of<br>society.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 05/04/2025. 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
