stratègy going forward, Rowan Rulter, our CEO. ha$ been ￿ad1￿j tho preparation of our strategic plan,

The progress I will be reporting on is still very much a pumey of transition - as indeed il will continue

Armed wth a detailed plan forthe year2023-24 invoknng ￿tiOn and testing of hypotheses. we agreed

testing a￿1 pibt projects which we would need to do dijring th* year to give us the confidence for the

cRatNe. Our individual giving was slightty up14%} at £287.000. Whi￿ overall donalions and grants
r8 slohty at £511,000 versus £540,000 last year. Ilhile fvn(ling larger pri48cts 15 rather
newer to us, and is by Its nature lumpier, we are finthng that the themes thosen for the next Nvo

The fiexibilty, focus and financial aspects of partnership guide1r￿ have been in heavy use this year,

It is worth ￿PeatIng that net income is over 3.5 tirnes higher than last year at £237k, leaving us wlth

our obj￿1￿0 of hsving resoN¢s covering over three rnwrths operat￿n81 costs- and the fact that this
has bèen achiwed in a year of transibon makes it even more ￿MpressIve.
