Respectlve responslbllltles of Trustees and Examlner
The Charty's Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Charty Trustees
consider that an audit is not required for this year under seth.on 144 (2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the

It is my responsibility to:
examine the Accounts (under secbon 145 of the Act);
to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directsons given by the Charity Commlsslon
(under sethon 145(5)(b) of the Act). and

Basls of Independent examinerfs statement
My examinatson was camed out in accordan￿ with the General Direcbons given by the Charity
Commissioners. An examinab'on includes a review of the accountsng records kept by the Chanty and
a comparison of the Accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any
unusual Items or disclosures In the Accounts, and seeking explanations from the Trustees concernlng
any such matters. The proCedU￿S undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required
in an audic and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the Accounts.
Independent examlnerf8 Statement
In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention
which gives me reasonable cause to believe that In any materlal respect the requirements:
a. to keep accounting records in accordance with section130 of the Act, and
b. to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and compty wlth the
accounting requirements of the Act have not been met; and
