In Exceptional Cases Thetrustees May Grant Relief To Persons Otherwise Eligible Therefor Who Are Resident Immediately Outside Then Area.2) In Providing Such Special Benefits For Upton St. Leonards Church Of Englandprimary School, Of Any Kind Not Normally Provided By The Local Educationauthority.
