The Trustees are appointed by the Court of the Vlorshipful Company of Coachmakers and Coxh
Hamess Makers of London. There must be no fewer than two Instees and they must be members of
the company.
Meetings of the Trustees set the overall polry for Ihe running ofthe Trust and determintng donations.
The day to day running of the Trust is carried out by the Trusfs professional advisers.
The Court apFoints new trustees to ￿p1a￿ retiring trustees from Past Masters of the LNery.
Investment Powers
The Trusvs investments a￿ govemed by the Trusteekt2000. PJI inVest￿ts a￿ Ilsted on thé London
Stock Exthange or are UK auth￿1$0d unit trusts.
Review of Activibes Achievements and Future Plans
The trustees have reviewed the F*rf0M￿nce of the Fund manager during the year and are satisfied
with their management of the funds and their investment
The management of the funds continues to be based on Total retum policy as previously stated.
This year has continued to be very volatrle with worfd events such as the Ukraine war, Middle East
conflict. inflation. political uncertainty and the increase of the cost of living.
We continue to monitor the investr￿nts in an active manner and are eno)uraged that the overall value
has been maintained.
The Livery continues to locus on being an 'Active Livery supporting young people in our associated
industries..
The Trustees have continued to suprmxt these actmties and will &tsvety support addltional funding rf
the proposal meets the objectives of our Charitab￿ gNing.
The Livery also maintained its commitment to aKYard prizes for &hievemènt to memters of its affiliated
service units.

I report to the Trustees on my examination of the accounts of the CoachrrAkers and Coach Hamess
Makers Charitable Trust I'the trusf) for the year ended 31 August 2025 set out on pages S to 10.

As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {￿e Acr).
