Artivltigs The society was formed in 1944 and acquired the (#Jrrent venue al the Little Theatre in Meadfoot, Torquay in the 1980's. The society has continued to grow and The Liitie Theatre is ono of the major venues for smaller Iheatrul presentations in the South West. Flnanclal Rovlew The Accounts to 30 June 2025 have been p￿par￿1 as a Receipts and Payments Accounls. The Receipts and Payments Account shows a deficit of £5,274 (2024 8 surplus of £13.844) for the year under review and the funds decreas￿ to £603,656. Funds a￿ split between unrestricted fvrKls of £602,597 wih a designated building ftjnd of £75.000 as the Committee Is mindful of the age of the building and r￿Uired building work and restricted funds of £1,059 which relates to fundraising in relation to repairs to the Car Park. The committee Consider that the Reserves are adequate lo ensure financial sLgbility. The financlal sltuation Is reviewed by the Committee monthly and considerable research and consideration is given lo the content and pra¢ti(31 possibilities of the annual productions programme.
