durlng the year
As ahiays, our membership outgoings is less than the income as we are
invoiced a year in a￿earS from Norfolk Young Famiers. We have
r￿1ved our invoice for the 202212023 membership which is £3,335.00.
Club Socials income this year was £7919.49 wÉih exp8nses of £3,161.66
giving us a profit of £4757.83 which has helped to fund the club for the
year and also we donated some of this money to the ¢harrty pot.
Dinner Dances - You will see there is slightly less incomes from dinner
dan￿ then expenses and this is just down to the percentage that is taken
by the Sum Up machine for the income from this
Club Dinner Dance- the Club dinner dance albeit a charity event has
been separated out from other charity events. As you can see the Dinner
Dance was a huge sucoss wth a complete sell out and also the
amazing job that Chadie and Rosie did. The profit £4,640.43 which is
made up of £1.150 from swnsorship ofthe tables and the rest coming
from a very small amount on the tickets bLrt mainly the raffle and £5 in
which VK*rked really well.
Meetings
The income for the meetings is the Christmas Meal meal that we had the
payments made into the account and then we paid the bill in one
payment this has worked well in the last couple of years to ensure that
everyone just pays for drinks on th8 night.
The Club also eamed £100 from the club wwamme competitions and
outgoings Christmas Meal meal and few meetings the club has funded
including me8t for BBQ and hall hire and Hingham for a couple of
meetings.
Competition income was the funding we receNed from Norfolk YFC for
our hi-viz bibs we have used at sporting competrtions through the
marketing grant. We were charged for the hockey league and some
replacement tug of war shirts.
Sales are for the short5 income for Hexby the outgoing are higher as the
¢heque for the shirts from last year deared in this finanrAal year.
Chanty Event- income here does not include the Big Give doubles
donation or the just giving page or the dinner dance income as already
discussed. The OLrtgoings for charity may seem hwh but we have made
sure all charity donations that were due to be made were with £3000
going to YANA and £15CY) paid to the air am￿lanCe from previous

A￿hough the accounts show a profit made for the year, please note that
£8,607.43 needs to exrt the ac￿Unt which is the levy and charity money.
Our dosing balance for the year is £25,827.43 but with Ihe money due to
depart the account we will be at £17,220 however this is still a fantastic
year as we have made the payments out for YANA, East Anglia air
ambulance and Heart UK so far.
Our interest account has mad8 a huge jump from last year and has
received £12.80 over the past year which is a huge improvement from
