To maintain a capital endowment fund and to apply the annual income of that fund in perpetuity towards the education of the general public in the study, appreciation and practice of music and the allied arts by furthering and supporting the objects and work of the Halle Concerts Society.
Objects: The Education Of The General Public In The Study, Appreciation And Practice Of Music And The Allied Arts By Endowing Furthering And Supporting The Objects And Work Of The Halle Concerts Society And The Halle Orchestra In Such Manner As The Endowment Trustees Shall In Their Absolute Discretion Think Fit.
