3. Chalrman's report:
Nathan thanks everyone for attendingthe meeting. He exp18ins that we had a busy and
successful year. starting with Carnival. Harvest Supper. Christmas meal. Christmas tree
collection, charities this year have been Isobel Hospice and Yellow Wellies. x2 CSH
collections. Dunmow Back to School Party having changed theformat was 8 good
success, Subscribers Christmas drinks, Subscribers BBQ in the summer, ran the barfoi
GI￿C. Nathan thanksTillyfor organisingthis bar event. the YF Show. had five mèmbers
on the show committee. At everyeventwe have had a te8rn Out, well done to Gemma
Day for winning the stock judging, tug of war competitions. well done to the girls for
gèttingto EA. Nathan competed in EA public speaking. Tractors at CrawfoTds tractor run
and Plough Sunday. Nathan thanks his committee. his advisory committee. Jeremy
Freeman. Thanks went to Stretchfor being Club President and foi hostingevents.

4. Treasurers report:
Programmes cost has risen to £2,000. Charitable donation5 totally £7.000. Aset
position is £28,000 surplus of £6,000. COWS profited just under E9,000- half of which
we donate. New bar with the CSH money. Yellowwellies donation is £850. Isobel
Hospice donation is £850 will cover 30 hours of palliative care.

Issy and Ryan thank Stretch for giving so much time and energy as Club President, thank
them for hostingevents. training, generosity, and commitment.
To Nathan. thanks go for support and enthusiasm. and the hard work.
To the advisory committee, for stepping up again when we need support, and giving
advice.
8. Presidents, Roport
Stretch says that Nathan has done a fantastic job. He advises us to not getwound up on
money too much. Stretch advises usto sell the marquee we use for COWS. Stretch
reminds us to keep charities local as you can see where the money goes. Stretch
congratulates the girls doing tug of war at EA despite the weather.
9. Any other busine$8:
Membership Rates lor 202512026to be £25 new members have to attend one
meet before they are able tojoin. Dunmoware keen to create more of a unit this
year and really hope to encourage lols of new members tojoin us.
Chosen charities for the year. CRY {Cardiac Risk in the Young), a UK charity
working to prevent sudden cardiac death in yOLJng people. It raises awareness of
heart conditions, offers free or subsidised screenings for 14-35 year olds. and
provides bereavement supportfor families. And. St Clare Hospice provides
specialist palliative and end of life care for adults with life limiting illnesses,
supporting patients, their families. and carers both at home and within the
hospice.
