Tilly opens the meeting and thanks everyone for their attendance. In chronolo9i¢al order of
events, Tilly recalls the Harvest Supper of being a good event, a few issues we needed to
overcome and upon refiection have taken a dfftrent approach to runnin9 of the bar. She Is
looking forward to our Harvest Supper this year and to implement the changes we have made
to ensure it is a successful event. Valentines party- cowboys and wranglers themed. We had
over 274 in attendance, everything went according to plan and 9Ot us back on track following
the rnishaps at Harvest Supper. Tilty explained we had 3 private bar events this year, the first
being a wedding for eX-t￿nM0W members, 5 ot our members worked the bar for the evening
reception at the wedding, our help was gratefully appreciated and a donation w85 given to the
club for our hard work. The second was for the Gwcf charity shoot at Audley End, a first one
for us, was a very successful event and have been invited bad( next year to do it again. The
third bein9 a 40th birthday for an ex-Dunmow member, which was very successful, and a
donation has been made to the club in thanks for this. Tilly explains we had 2 subscribers
events this year. the Subscribers Winter drinks and our summer luntheon. Both very successful
with a 9reat turnout for each and the feedback from our subscribers was great. Tilly went on to
celebrate the girls tug of war successes for the year. with the team winnin9 at show, qualifying
for eastern area, winning at eastern are4 and qualfying for nationals and placin9 4th Tilly
explains we had a 9ood show day this year, with lots of our members on the show committee
and getting involved on the day too. We had our end of year treat and this year we ventured to
Songs buffet in Chelmsford where the club paid for everyone to have a meal and a round of
drinks. Members had a 9reat night. filty rounds off her report by thankin9 her committee,
advisory committee and subscribers for their help for her year, and she wishes Nathan a very
successful year.
