**Objects:** TO USE AS A SUNDAY SCHOOL AND PARISH ROOM FOR THE PARISHIONERS OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF HOATH FOR ANY RELIGIOUS CHARITABLE OR OTHER PURPOSE OR PURPOSES CALCULATED TO PROMOTE THE SPIRITUAL MORAL AND INTELLUCTUAL WELFARE OR THE REASONABLE RECREATION OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE SAID PARISH OF HOATH.

**Activities:** The village hall serves a mainly rural community. Currently a mens club, WI, gardening club, pre-school, carpet bowls, whist drives, bingo sessions, film nights, singing group; the hall is also used for monthly coffee mornings, quizzes, parish council monthly meetings and for various church functions. There is an annual pantomime and occasional village celebrations.
