**Objects:** The object of the committee shall be to promote the welfare of the aged by providing companionship, stimulation, activities and entertainment, provide transport for visiting restaurants, shopping, to and from weekly meeting and outings, in a manner which now is or hereafter may be deemed by law to be charitable in the parish of Porthleven and surrounding areas (hereinafter called 'the area of benefit').

**Activities:** Provide companionship, stimulation, activities, entertainment, bingo, speakers, competitions at a weekly meeting in Porthleven.  Provide transport to and from weekly meetings, also for visiting restaurants, shopping, and outings for people  living in Porthleven or surrounding areas.

**Area of benefit:** THE AREA CONTAINED WITHIN THE PARISH OF PORTLEVEN
