pages 2 to 6.
Respeetive responsibilities of trustees and euminer
The charitv's trustees c()nsider that an audit is not required forthis year in ac¢ordan¢e with the
Charities Act 2011 (the Act) and that an indeFtndent exaInination is needed.
It is my responsibility to: _
Examine the accounts (under section 145 of the aci as amended);
To follow the pr￿edU￿S latd doivn in the Get)eral DIr￿tionS given by the Charity
COm￿lSsion (under seclion 145(5)(b) of the act as alnended)" and
To state whether particular matters have come to my attention
Basis of Independent exarntners report
My examination was carried out in accordance with General Directions gtvcn bv the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the ac£ounting ￿COrdS kept b! the charity and
a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any
unusual irems or dis¢losures in the accounts and seeking explanations from the trustees
concerning any such matters. The pr(Kedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that
would be require in an audi¢ and consequendv I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts.
Independent Examiners Statement
In the coursc of Eny cxamination, no matter has come to my atteniion
Which gives me reasonable cause to believe ihat in, any malerial respecL the
trustees haie not met the requirements to ensure that:
Proper accounting Tccords are kept (in accordance with section 130 of
the Act)" and
Accounts are prepared which agree with the accounting records and
comply with the accounting requirements of the ACL
2)
To which in my opinion, attention should be drnwn in order to enable a proper
