The charity's tnjstees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's
trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year (under section 144{2) of the
Charities Act 20111the 2011 Act)) and that an independent examination is needed.

Resignations
Dan and Debbie Simmons are standing down from the group Trustees.
Geoff Saunders is standing down after 60 years with Tovil Scouts
Adam and Kabe Hogg are standing down from the Trustees
Kevin Jenner is standing down as representative at District Trustees
A thank you gift was presented to Debbie Simrn0fi5 and accepted on her
behalf by Dylan Simmons lo thank her for her tremendous work as
treasurer.
Kevin was thanked for his Y￿rk as Distrirt Rep and Katse and Adam are
thanked for their work as Trustees. Adam will continue as fundraiser.
Geoff Saunders was presented with a gift in recOgn￿on of his years of
service to the Group.

Closing remarks
Janice fomially thanked all leaders for theif continued contribution to
Tovil Scout Group. their tremendous number of hours and contribution makes Tovil a
wonderful success. Thanks were given to Kevin Hawkins for premises management
and lo Adam for fundraising. Young Leaders. who help lo ensure we are youth led
and who will be Ihe leaders of the future were thanked for their contribution and
continued support.
Tovil Scout Group aims to provide an inclusive environment and Jake Hawkins and
Andy Baker are members of the Kent Scouts inclusion team which helps the group in
meeting the inclusion principles..
