Structure, Governance and Management
The Heythmp Hunt Charitable Trust was established under a Declaration ol Trust dated the 29 July 1982. The
Trust has been approved by the Charity Comrnission and is registered as number 285384.
The names of the present Trustees and their adwsérs are 8hown on the previous page.
The power lo appolnl a new or aédilional Trustee is vested in the Chairman of the Hunt Committee but is
Ilmlleé so that at any lime the total number of Trustees shall not exceed seven.
Rlsk management
Tha major risks, to which the charity is exposed, as idonlifiod by the Trustees, have been reviewed and
systems have been established lo millgale those rlsks.
Oblects of the Trust
The obje¢l of this Trust is the relief of poverty among present and former employees land their spouses and
children) of the Heythrop Hunt and ils masters. The Twslees may also make payments for other chaiilabl8
purposes. In fulfilling the objectives of the Trust it is inevitable that Calls wlll vary significantly from year lo year.
The Trustees confimi that they have reforred lo the guidance contained In the Charitias Commlssion's general
guidan¢e on public benefit when reviewing the Trust's aims and objectives and in planning future activities and
selling the grant making policy for th6 yèar.
Rèvlew of thè •ctivites and performance
The activities of the Tru51 remained consistent with the premous year and the obj8cls of the Trust were
achievecf during the year.
All the funds of the Trust are considered lo fomi part of one unreslricled fund. which may be used for tha
general furtherance of Ihe Trust's objects. The Truste85 are satisfied that the Trust's assèts are available and

Flnanclal reviow
Tha rasults for the year show nel incominglloutgoingl resources of £49312020- £6.7081. Total income
during the year amounted lo £26,18612020- £25,715). Total expenditure, including grants and donations,
amounled lo £25,6g312020- £19,007).

Undar thé Trust Deed the Trustees may use their absolute disc￿lI0n lo Invest any money in any investments
which they think fil. The Trustee's investment slral6gy is based on a b21anced policy between income and
capital growih and is guid8d by Cazenove's Capital Management strategy for smaller portfolios. The
Trustees are satisfied with the perfom)ance of the investments during the year.
Reserves pollcy
The Charil¢s"froe" reseNes are defined as nel assèts £653,571 12020- £536,168}- These reserves are
principally represented by investments and cash and the investment policy is slated above. The current level of
inveslmants provides a balanced return between income and Capltal growth. which is considered to maintsin
free reserves at an Bccepiable level.

Trustees, responslbllities
The Trustees are responsiblÈ for preparing the TTuslees' Annual Report and the financial statements in
accordance with appll¢able law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (Uniled Kingdom Generally
AC￿pIed Accounting Practice).

The charills Trustees are rasponsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's Trustees consider
