Objects: To Advance The Education Of The Public By Assisting Open University Students Who Are Physically Handicapped Or In Condition Of Need, Hardship Or Distress By The Provision Of AIDS, Grants, Loans Or Other Means That Shall Assist Their Education Within The University.
