The Charity’s main source of funds is raised through the committee organised events held throughout the year and donations from supporters of the school. A majority of funds provided have been used to pay for Class Room resources and Play Ground equipment.

Notes : The income figure of £27062.18 includes donations from various charitable organisations and the 50 Peaks appeal, in addition to our own fundraising events. These donations have to pass through the Friends of Colnbrook Account, which is a Registered Charity.

Friends of Colnbrook made various donations to the school which included; Funding towards the School playground, Weekly Dance Teacher, School Trips, Gardening resources, Classroom resources, Ice Creams for the children’s Platinum Jubilee Party, Christmas gifts for pupils and leavers’ gifts etc.

Barclays closed both the accounts without notice in August 2023 and issued a cheque for the total balance of both accounts. We have since opened a new Friends of Colnbrook account with Natwest.

The 100 Club account has been closed as the 100 Club is no longer running. The balance of the 100 Club account was transferred into the General Bank Account.

We start this year with a healthy balance of £11212.43 in the main account.
