**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN OF ASIAN ORIGIN IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WALTHAM FOREST IN GENERAL SUBJECTS SUCH AS MATHEMATICS, ENGLISH, SCIENCE, MOTHERTONGUE, CULTURAL STUDIES ETC IN SUPPLEMENTATION OF THE EDUCATION PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY, SUCH CHILDREN HAVING NEED OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION IN ORDER THAT THEY MAY ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL IN SUCH SUBJECTS.
