For The Year Ended 31 Dcember 2023

Respectlve ResponslbllStles of Trustees and Examlner
The Iruslees are responsible for the prep8r81ion of the accounts. The trustee5 consider that an audit is not required for this year
under section 144121 of the Charities Act 2011ithe 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
Having satisfied myself that the chaiity is not subject to audit Ljnder charity act and is eligible for independent examination, it is
my responsibility to..
Examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act..
To follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the Charty Commission under sedion 14515llbl of
the 2011 Act," and
To state whether particular matters have come to rny attention.
Basls of Independent Examlnerfs Report
My 8X8rninatlOn Was cairied out in 8ccoid8nce with th8 gen8r81 directions given by the Charity Commission. An ex8min8tion
includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records.
It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the a0￿Unt$, and seeking explan8tions from you as
TIu5tees ￿n￿rnIng any such tnatteis. The procedures undert8ken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an
audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a Irue and fair view, and the report is limited to
those matters set out in the statement below.
Independent Examlnerfs QualSfiedStatement
The current trustees have advised that due to an internal dispLrte they were not in contitsl of the organisation ftsr the years ended
31 December 2021 and 31 December 2022. Those periods were not independently examined, and the current Trustees do not
have ac￿$$ to all the records for those periods. Therefore, I was unable to confirm the opening balances brought foNard in the
current year.
The Trustees confimied that the freehold property owned by the charity at 77 Hatfield Road, St Abans was not recorded as an
asset in the charities accounts as of 31 December 2022. The Trustee's resdved that to include the asset in the current
accounting year. The Trustees also resolved that the valuation of the property would be £750,000. based on their insurance
rebuilding valuation.
My examination was limited due to insufficient eviden￿ and incomplete prior year accounts.
In connection with my examination, no other matter except that referred to in the above
paragraphs has come to my attention
1. Which gives rne reasonable cause lo believe that in, any material respect. the requirernent5.'
-lo keep 8ccouNling records in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act.. 8nd
