Thè Royal Signals Charity (RSC) changed its n8mo from Th8 Royal Corps of SAgna18 Benevolont Fund {RSBF) on 16
January 2020.
The Royal Signals Charity is a registered chaTity {numbor 284923). It was estabti$hed in 1982 and is now govemed
by a Charity CommissiT)n SGheme dated 6 January 1997 as améndèd by resolutions dated 8 May 2012. 12 January
2016 and 16 January 2020. By thÈ May 2012 resolution The Royal Signal8 Trustee Limited {RSTL). 3 nowharitable
mpany limited by shares. became the Corwr8te Trustee of the charity Teplacing 811 the prevtous Trustees oflhe
charity.
Thè Royal Signals Association {RSA) was a Separate unregislered charity. whose Obl￿•S and activitlas were
cartie(l out by RSC. This arrangement wa5 fomialisèd during 2015 wrfh Ihe conslilution of RSA ￿Ing adopted on 14
March 2015 and RSA was r89istè￿d with the Charity Cofftmissron with RSTL as hs Corporate Truslee. The Charity
Commisslon Issued a Unlling Direction in N(JVèm￿r 2015 linking RSA lo RSC.
