**Objects:** 1)TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUST FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.2)TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE DIRECTED TO ALLEVIATING THOSE WHO HAVE LOST THROUGH DEATH A RELATIVE OR FRIEND AND IN PARTICULAR,THE PROTECTION AND PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL,THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS AND IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN MATTERS RELATING TO THE NATURE OF GRIEVING AND BEREAVEMENT.

**Activities:** We provide specialist palliative care across Scarborough,Whitby,Ryedale, Bridlington and Driffield. This involves in-patients, out-patient clinics, wellbeing center, hospice at home, specialist palliative community and neurology nurses, lymphoedema, complementary therapy, bereavement support, out of hours support and education and training of other healthcare professionals.
