Registered Address: l Beechwood, Millglade, Small Dole, West Sussex BN5 9YS. Appointed TnAtees: Under the Deed of Variation dated 23 May 2022, the Parochial Church Council of Bishop Hannington Memorial Church IPCCI appoints no less than three trustees and not more than five. In addition, there are two trustees who hold office ex officio, namely thevicar of Bishop Hannington Memorial Church and the PCC appointed World Mission Co•ordinator. At a meeting of the Council on 23, May 2022, the following trustees were appointed for a term of three years. An appointed trustee may serve for a maximum of three consecutive periods of 3 years. These fimds are distributed to VaTiOUS Chn"stian societies and individual workers involved in this Gospel outreac14 IM)th in the UK and otlLer parts of th¢ world. The ChariW$ Trnstees have complied with the duty of Section 4 of th¢ Chariti¢S Act 2006 to have due Tegatd to Public Benefit guidallce published by the Charity Commission. Although several of these soci¢ties, theit ffleKnbers and the illdividual wojkers itt the course of their C]Stian service provide assistance on projects to relieve povety. their proclamalion of th¢ Good News of Jesus Christ is where the over-riding and utiique benefit arises. Those who reSpd positively to tbe Gos1 by repenting and putting their trust in the L¢xd Jesus Christ receive the peace of forgiveness for a]1 their sin. and Éhty enter into a deep relationship Thith God which assures them of everlasting life with Him in Heaven thrijughout eternity. Admlnlstraifion The Trust has no employees. The Chairpersoffj Treasurer, Secretary and an Appointed TrusteK handl¢ its day-t04Jay administration. The Trustees met three times in 2024 to review the Trus¢s activities, identify projects to b¢ supported through special appeals aud to approve the distribution of the incom¢ T¢c¢iv¢d from other sour¢e% if c4)nsidered appropTiate, in accordallce with requests expTe5sed by the donors. The Trust is not a 8rant makin8 Trust as that expression is usually Inte¢1¢ alld does not solicit or invite alicatiOnS for 8rn]ts. In 2024. other than cornDlltted funds falling due for panent within on¢ year. 43 % ofthe Trust's incorn¢ was distsibut¢d as specifically requested by the donors ('restsicted funds.) compared with circa 650/0 in the previous year. The remaining income which w&s donated to the Tnt for the Trnstees to distTibute as they saw fit (.Utrrestri¢t funds.) was us¢d to support Christiao mission Sl¢tieS IiDked with Bishop Ha[lgton Memorial ChuTch. and Christian Workers linked with that Church and serving outside the parish all at the Tn]stees' discretion. to meet emergency requests and assist otheF projects. Policy on reserves and powers of investment Th¢ Trust D¢¢d gives the Trnstees unresttictcd powers of investment. It is their nomial policy to distribut¢ th¢ Trusys inc4)m¢ on a regular basis and only retain a relatively small atnount as reserves to net ally appTopriate ernergency requests for fllwicial support. Th¢ Tmst's reserves of unrestricted fimds held on 31 December 2024 8mounted to £3,871, th¢ same amount at the end of the previous The Trust bas no capital sets.

The distribution ofthe Trusvs Income may be classified under four broad categories of Christian outreach namely. overseas missionary service, evangelistic outreach in the UK training for Clllistian seTrice and Chn'stian relief and development work overse&8. The Trnstees receive a filll. wrAtten fu1¢la1 report at every meeting and the TnS acc(MllLts and records aTe Scflltinised by th¢ TnS Indepdent Examiner annually.
