The object of the Club shall be to promote the benefft of the inhabitants of
Cookham Dean and the surrounding area without distinction of sex,
political, religious or other opinions by providing facilities in the interests
of social welfare for recreation and other leisure-time occupation with the

The Club provKles facilities for recreation and other leisure-time activrties
and stages local events with the objectr¥e of improving the social welfare
and conditions of life of the inhabitants of Cookham Dean and the
surrounding area.

Thè Club has operated th8 Cookham Dean Village Hall throughout the
reporting year. The hall continues to be used regularly by many local
organisations pursuing educats'onal, cultural, horticultural, social, frtness
and other aGtNlties. covering a wide spectrum of the communrty. The hall
has many regular users, and this is supplemented by ad hoc bookings
from I(￿al villager5.

Our policy is to maintain sufficient reserves to handle any uninsured
emergency and cover working capital needs for a period of twglve
months in the event of a material loss of income from users.
